Delivery Time 寄货时间
A parcel delivery tracking number will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are commenced from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1-3 business days from the date of your purchase. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please take note that we do not ship on weekend and public holidays.

Shipping Costs 运费
West Malaysia: Free shipping if final paid amount of order is above RM100. If order is below RM100, there will be a charge of RM10 delivery fee per order.
西马：订单最终付款金额超过 RM100 免运费。如果订单低于 RM100，则每笔订单将收取 RM10 的运费。

East Malaysia: Free shipping if final paid amount of order is above RM300. If order is below RM300, there will be a charge of RM20 delivery fee per order.
东马：订单最终付款金额超过 RM300 免运费。如果订单金额低于 RM300，则每笔订单将收取 RM20 的运费。

Singapore: RM54 delivery fee per order.
新加坡：每份订单运费 RM54。

Damaged or Wrong Delivery Items 损坏或错误的交付物品
